Shipping

GameTimeGeeks offers several shipping methods to meet your needs. Orders that have selected Free Shipping will be shipped via USPS First Class. Other shipping methods we offer are UPS Ground, UPS Three-Day Select, UPS Second-Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air. Most orders placed by 3pm EST ship same day (except weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 3pm EST ship the next day.


International Shipping

International Shipping is offered only to Canada. Rates are determined by total weight of order and destination. Canadian customers have the option to ship UPS Standard, USPS Priority International, or USPS First-Class International. Tracking number is provided depending on shipping method and is not guaranteed after leaving the United States. Free Shipping does not apply to Canadian orders.

Order Processing

Please note that most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours of when they are placed (excluding weekends and holidays), some orders may take up to 72 hours to ship. Backordered items will ship when they become available. Please check the product description of your item to determine if your item(s) are currently backordered.

Orders generally cannot be modified once they have been placed. If you have questions about an order that you have recently placed, contact orders@gametimegeeks.com. Please include your order number with any inquiries.

 

Returns

For non-defective returns, we accept returns within 14 days of purchase, subject to a 15% restocking fee. All returned product must be new, and include all original packaging to be considered for refund or exchange. Refunds and exchanges will be made at the sole discretion of Tribeca/GameTime Geeks.
