How much is shipping?
All orders ship for $2.99! Any size, any number of products!
What shipping methods does GameTimeGeeks offer?
GameTimeGeeks offers several shipping methods to meet your needs. Most orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, however, depending on the shipping address and shipping speed desired, we may use UPS Ground, UPS Three-Day Select, UPS Second-Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
USPS Priority and UPS Ground are dependent on your shipping location but usually arrive within 5-7 business days of your order being received by GameTimeGeeks. Please note Next-Day Air, Second-Day Air, and Three-Day Select orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday (except holidays).
How will my order appear on my credit card statement?
The company name on your credit card statement will be 'TRIBECA' (parent company of GameTimeGeeks).
Will an iPhone 3G / 3GS case fit my iPhone 4?
At GameTimeGeeks we make each case to fit your mobile device perfectly. Because of this, an iPhone 3G / 3GS case will not fit your iPhone 4 properly. We are continuously adding more and more iPhone 4 hardcases and silicone cases so please check back if you do not see an iPhone 4 case for your team at this time.
Will an iPod Touch 2nd & 3rd generation case fit my 4th generation iPod Touch?
As with our iPhone cases, each case is made to fit the intended device perfectly. Because Apple has changed the dimensions and features on the new iPod Touch (4th generation), our 2nd/3rd generation iPod Touch cases will not fit your iPod Touch 4th generation as well as we would like. However, we do make iPod Touch 4th generation cases in both silicone and hard shells models.
A product is listed as out of stock, when will it be in stock?
Our stock dates vary, but if the product is shown on the website it will be available again in the near future. Please contact info@gametimegeeks.com for specific product inquiries.
Do I need to install a driver before using my Tribeca USB drive, hard drive, or media reader?
If you are using Windows 2000, XP, Vista, or Windows 7, or Mac OS 9.0, X, or later, you should not need a driver to use your GameTimeGeeks product. If you plug in your product into one of these systems and it’s not working, please visit our support page for a list of available drivers.
GameTimeGeeks media products are generally compatible with Linux kernel 2.4.0 and later. If you are experiencing difficulty using your product on a Linux system, please contact the publisher of your Linux distribution for assistance with USB mass storage drivers.
