1.   Contact GameTimeGeeks Support

 

For all questions related to technical issues/support, please email support@gametimegeeks.com. Please include the following information in your email so that we can better understand the issue you are encountering: 

          

 1. The model of your GameTimeGeeks product (e.g., Splash USB Drive, iPhone Duo) 

 2. If a USB drive or hard drive, the capacity (e.g., 120GB)

 3. If a USB drive, the production code (if any) stamped on the silver USB connector (generally 6 to  10 characters (e.g. ‘PTUMB07’) 

 4. The operating system and version on your computer, if applicable (e.g., Windows XP Service Pack  2, Mac OS X 10.5.4)

 5. A complete description of the issue you’re encountering, including the exact text of any error message that you’re getting from your computer.

 

 

2. Wireless Mouse Instructions

 

    1.    To install batteries:
                a.    Press down on the silver area between the logo and scroll wheel 

                b.    Pull the back half of the black shell away from the scroll wheel              

                c.    Completely remove the back half of the black shell and insert batteries
                d.    Replace battery cover
    2.    Remove receiver from the body of the mouse by pressing down on the back end of the silver area
                *At this point, the red optical light should appear. If you do not see a red light, make sure the orientation of the battery is correct.
    3.    Plug the receiver into your computer’s USB port
    4.    Press the button on the receiver and hold for 5 seconds
    5.    Press and release the button on the bottom side of the mouse

Contact us at support@gametimegeeks.com if you have any questions. If you turn off or restart your computer and the mouse stops working, remove the receiver from the USB port and repeat these steps.

 

 

3. Driver Downloads

Drivers are not required for Windows 2000/XP/Vista/7 or Mac OS 9.0/X. If you are experiencing difficulty using your Tribeca product on one of these operating systems, please visit our Support Page for assistance.
